How do I improve on my works?

Artblocks suck.especially when you already have an idea for a character. But no idea for a pose or plot/setting. big oof

I don't want to be horny anymore I just want to be happy.

Anyone have any tips or advice on how I could improve on my works? Or is there anything wrong i should fix? Please. feel free to tell me.and before anyone says to work on new poses I am indeed aware of that and I'm trying my best to draw something new every now and then. but it's quite difficult for me cause I ain't got no big brain when it comes to pose ideas. I suck at it.
