...Why is it that during swallowing scenes in soft micro/macro oral vore, there's almost always drool hanging from the corners of the mouth? I don't typically think humans drool while swallowing in real life, so I wonder why this has become a staple of vore scenes. It's something I'm curious about since I'm a bit sialophobic as a subset of my mild germophobia and drool sticking out of the mouth disgusts me a bit sometimes—not to the point where it ruins a boner entirely but to the point where sometimes it can be a bit distracting. I've been thinking about macro/micro soft vore lately and I cannot help but wonder...

1.) While being swallowed whole as a tiny, would it hurt to swallow or BE swallowed? The micro will not be chewed up and will go through the esophagus whole. Will it hurt for the predator to swallow an entire creature that isn't pill-sized or smaller? Mind you, some people aren't even *able* to swallow pills! How long will it take for the prey to be successfully swallowed into the stomach? Alongside that, will the prey endure some pain and injuries while being swallowed?
