Well I have good news, through many beatings, percussive maintenance and other forms of coercion I have gotten this POS laptop to not only render daz, but DO so through the elusive Iray rendering engine which makes for much greater realism all the way around and makes even MY stuff look halfway good! To that end I've taken on new projects and I am also currently reshooting all the test shots from In Over His Head using the Iray engine and will be posting the nommy onez here for your hopeful enjoyment <3

Upoading here is kind of laborious compared to other sites though so it will be a slow process. if you are impatient I suggest you follow me on tumblr as that is my first place to post just about anything these days.

So yeah.. first hurricane! We evacced of course..and due to damage and no power didn't move back in for three weeks, but we are back in the house now and things are starting to get back to normal!

This last chapter of In over His head was hard to write..not because we didn't enjoy it but because we had so many ideas and we had to winnow them away one by one, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. Originally it was just moar semi sexy times but it turned into a major plot advancement and I really love the character of the commander, who is bit of the Anime trope of the super sexy but very down-to-business woman in charge that everyone is terrified of xD

we are 60k words in and just about to finish act 1! Act2 is going to take us out into the field on our first adventure! By now hopefully you are invested in the characters ( and the ships) and we can really get into the meat of the story! Which is not to say there won't be shenanigans xD But things are definitely about to get a little more..shall we say..intriguing?

If you haven't checked it out already, with my big rig still confiscated by fiance I've had to put the fancy renders on pause, butttttttt my best friend and I are now collaborating on fantasy adventure harem comedy story loosely based on the setting of Elderscrolls. We are having the time of our lives with it, and i even did some simple art refs on the laptop to give us size comparison references.

sorry for the gap in postings. My mother in law surprise moved in for a time XD that kinda killed what was supposed to be a very creative summer. She's gone now but the sprout's back too so limits the workable time since I share the rig with him.

I'm going to post 3 a day on what's finished so far on the fmk2 sequel to FMK..

And try to sneak some renders in for the meantime. This one builds slowly to the omnomming so be patient with it..

So yeah, either no one is interested in the Patreon idea or people just don't read blogs XD But it occurs to me that if people can't be bothered to read a blog they sure as hell aren't going to support a Patreon..lol so we will just take that idea, pack it in a nice box, and stuff it back in the attic. Maybe take it out again in December when we get the tree down.

I see people all around me doing this, and there is a TON of more stuff I could get from Daz if I had fundage for it.. but I can't really justify spending more money on this then I already have
as is, since I basically bought this computer specifically to make you guys porn XD, and then spent god knows how much on daz stuff already.

Now let me say that I am 100% committed to Ekas and posting stuff for you guys here for free and on a regular basis. That would not change. You guys are AWESOME and you are making my day every day when I get home and check all the watches. comments, and favorites.
