Can someone please tell me how to delete my account?

Hey i just wanted to know how to delete my account and i wanna ask if i can make a second account on the same email, i just feel like starting over, i didn’t really do a whole lot here

Though this isn't the best place to post such a subject, R.I.P my grandfather, the best father figure i could've ever asked for, his kidneys were failing him, and me and my mother went over to his house today, and once we walked in the first thing we see is his cold corpse on the living room floor, i'll always miss you grandpa... i hope if there is a heaven out there, god has those gates open wide for you and grandma to meet again
