Breaking Prejudices
Leocyn approached the town, the
all-too-familiar scent of burning-town was waft to the noses of both
boy and dragon. A good portion of the town still ablaze, the flames
licked the air, as citizens rushing to save what were left of their
town.
“Leocyn, we need to help those
people!“ (Derrek)
“What can we do?” (Leocyn)
“Use your wings, try to put out
some of those flames!” (Derrek)

Draconic Habits
Leocyn trodded though the streets,
with Derrek following by his side; the town now lit by morning
sunlight. The morning air still brisk, not so much stabbing at the
lungs, as much as poking. The two of them still slightly tired, each
one having been rudely awakened by the other. They looked around to
get breakfast; unfortunately it was still very early, no places were
open at this time.

A taste of what’s to come
The sky still dark, dawn not yet
broken, early risers of the town went to prepare for the day’s
business. The hotel’s kitchen staff began preparing breakfast for
its still-dozing patrons.
The duo of boy & dragon still
slept in the vacant bin area, boy against dragon, with arm placed
over and around the back of the dragon’s head. Scents of the
breakfasts being prepared wafted out of the rear door of the hotel,

Derrek held
tightly to the nape of Leocyn’s neck, huddled into it, to hide from
the strong winds numbing his face. Leocyn’s large wingbeats slowly
buffeted against the late afternoon air, a scowl of concentration and
