I'm tempted to say she ate the Companion Cube, but the shape doesn't seem quite right.

Just randomly had an idea pop in my head after watching a few episodes of the anime, mainly the two with Hunter, and I decided to draw it.
This is just meant to be an alternate ending for Operation Cube in the game.
