Hi there. I see you're having some trouble with Eka's Portal and don't know how to post images. Eka's portal is fashioned as a forum with gallery features and isn't quite social-media.
To post images in your gallery, you need to request gallery privileges. You will want to send a PM to Eka directly with colored examples of your own work. Once you have done so, and Eka grants you permission, you will have the ability to post images in your gallery and to organize those into files, delete and edit them or their tags, etc.
The "shout" section is usually for guests coming and going to your page, e.g. if you want to tell someone something without sending them a PM through the PM system, which is like an in-site e-mail. Only people directly visiting your frontpage can see shouts. If you want any text post of yours to stick around for a while, you can use the blog section and post a long-form blog.
