We're back! Here's the second part to last month's story all about Rida's meeting with a former colleague and friend...

After attempting to come to Rida's rescue when witnessing her being accosted by two strangers, Toby finds himself in quite the surreal predicament that has him questioning his reality and state of mind. Those questions may only grow more amplified as the night carries on, and Rida begins to show a side he never knew existed...

Writing a story like this from the POV of a non-central character was a fun change of pace, and it was nice giving Rida this time to shine too. This story sheds some much-needed light on her personality and development, even if there's a lot of subtleties here to be picked up on.
