Seems like all first time vore's are accidental activation on the prey's part. Whether by a crash into the pred directly head first or by the prey trying to pop a punch in the mouth and it goes in literally. Might have a first conscious choice vore here though with the adult prey.

That's what I was looking to show with my girls... usually it's accidental and her pred nature kick in suprising them or suprising the prey
