(middle) "Ohhh fuck. Love it when they all turn into one big hunk of meat jelly in there. Makes me feel so fucking full! But I still wanna eat…"

(right) "Please! I'm so fucking hungry! I gotta eat somebody right the fuck now! Can't you see that I need more fat!?"

(The meter shows how hungry he feels. The numbers are based on how many he ate, since all his prey quickly got digested into mountains of man-slurry)
