Chapter5 states she unbirthed Grey Fullbuster.
What she means is she needs Ozpin to provide her with the genetic material for regressing and birthing him as a whole new person entirely. Meaning, Grey’s gonna be reborn as Glynda and Ozpins child.
Whether or not Grey remains a boy once he’s reborn, remains to be seen.

Yep, essentially the exams went as they did in the canon RWBY universe, only Jessica and Clark took Weiss and Blake's places, as they were a bit preoccupied being in the wombs of their partners.
