I know this is probably thinking way to deep but reading this alt ending got me thinking over the lgbf+ thing. I think even in a world such as that, with perfect gene tech to transition, the t would still be in lgbtf, helping it be known that thats an option and helping people who do transition find support before, during and after doing so.
