The detailed lighting
The bumps on the closer bits of tongue compared to the far away version
the rims of her mouth
her sharp teeths and the level of detail compared to the far away version

It reminds me of that Reddit post where instead of flipping the middle finger during a road rage incident, they put a thumbs down that felt even worse lol
