Hey NB, long time no see and I got to say that this 2nd match of the final day for Survival of the Fittest is heating things up. I'll review each one as I can. Now onto the show.

This one between our cute Lizzy and the creepy frog gal Lucy is intense. Though this appears to almost to be one-sided from the way Lizzy was failing to land a hit on Lucy who uses her body's secretion of slime to avoid being directly hit by our cute speedster. It was quite the task for Lizzy to try to out perform Lucy in terms of power but in the brains department? She's dead last so instinct is needed.

It was definitely close for Lizzy in terms of her using her new crab form to help even lay a scratch on Lucy's slippery form. She was able to graze her but not but much. Then we shift to Lucy's desperation move; stretching her mouth to extraordinary lengths and size and gobble Lizzy up. Glad that Lizzy was able to FINALLY remember that she could generate and go through portals. However she never saw that Lucy was able to use her pitcher plant ability to gobble her up and swallow.

Seriously, this match, it was something I never expected. Poor Lizzy...that gal was always good for laughs but I never expected her to be eaten up alive. Damn.

All in all you did good, NB. Sorry for not responding after so long but life's been at me one by one. But glad that I was able to give you a good review for this. Hope to see another match...mostly with my favorite between Angie and Wendy. Keep up the good work.

Damn, what a way to go for Lizzie, but at the same time I wasnt expecting team Roxanne to come out unscathed and probably won't be the last

I know right , but Rereading this I doubt she’s going to survive . I suspect either she’s gonna get digested which is sad , or Lucy is gonna be killed by one of the members of team Roxanne as vengeance and then they’ll pull lizzy out of her and bury lizzy because she doesn’t deserve to be digested . Kinda like Roxane did for her former friend a while back. I wouldn’t even be surprised if Suzy r or black Frances makes th remaining members of team Roxanne watch helplessly as she digests
If nobodyman actually decides to save Liszt that wouldn’t be out of character for them as a writer since they did something similar in marunomi … but this series gives off the energy as the witches series which means lizzo is probably dead sadly

I see where you're going with those scenarios, in the grand scheme it completely up to the author for how the outcome turns out, but if I had to throw my two cents in, Lizzy being the first team member to be eaten shows that Team Roxanne are well aware that though they are trying make sure they don't lose, its not gonna be guaranteed, they are dealing with people of equal level so they can't underestimate them. Now if by some miracle Lizzy does survive then cool, but if its written that she's gone for good it'll boost the determination for Team Roxanne to win even harder. Plus I think at this point of the story even if Lizzy could be saved I don't think anyone in Team Roxanne would be able to even do anything anyway otherwise the round between Velouria and Ruby would've turned out different as well

Also true , that round with velour is and ruby is why I’m pretty. Sure that sadly lizzy is dead . It’s just as they said in the story anticlimactic and disappointing. Hopefully someone kills Lucy for revenge .

Ughhhhh you killed her , I hope Lucy dies before she can digest because this is sad . Like I get that it’s a hard match up but still after everything killing lizzy off like this just felt hollow.

Like seriously as you put it , that ending was anticlimactic and disappointing. I actually grew attached to Lizzo too but no attachment to lucy. I hope there’s some kind of last minute save or Lucy dies from blood loss because this is kinda disheartening but it also makes me have to read the next story when it comes out .

I get you're upset, but I know you've read a story in which the hero party loses a teammate, just because people have a favorite character doesn't mean said character will always have to main character shield.

I never said I was upset or that I didn’t like this . I wouldn’t have commented if I thought any of that , it just doesn’t bode well for the rest of the crew . Plus I don’t have to celebrate every death in the series and can root for certain characters to die .
