For Cookie's food play, she chose to cram her butt into a butter tart! Which was a big childhood favourite that we still enjoy now and then.
I only recently found out that butter tarts are a mostly Canadian thing..?? Does anyone in other countries have them? They're very common up here; any store that sells snacks usually has the biggest mass-produced brand ("Granny's"), which are fine, but the good ones come from little cafés, or home made. Basically, they're just tiny pies with a sugar custard filling - sometimes with raisins, walnuts, or pecans mixed in. In fact, the filling is similar to that of pecan pie. Anyway, it's just an explosion of flaky pastry and sweet buttery cream in your mouth (and in this case, a giddy bunny girl!), they're very good!
