A little break from the Jack dump (pun intended) with a colorwork I actually started a couple months ago on this pic. I was planning to wait until it's shaded before uploading it, but I doubt I'll ever get around to it so I figured I might as well share it now~

When I first came up with Pellie, I really wanted him to have black legs to make it look like he's permanently wearing thigh-high stockings. My idea was also to make him a regular, white pelican, but I soon realized that they have orange legs.

So I settled on an Australian pelican instead, which on top of having black legs also has the advantage of having a more interesting palette.

Besides, I really like the aussie accent and slang so it's a full win.
