Even after digesting her friend, Reimu still did not surrender, completely rejecting her great mercy and the offer to become her pet maid. Yet, for the great vampire, that wasn't something new, nor was it something she wasn't expecting. After all, unyielding priestesses and nuns were her favorite meals. And so, after her last humiliation, shrine maiden ended her days as a snack for a vampire, slowly gurgling away in Remilia gut, listening to her smug victorious laugh.
