This image in a way can be seen as a "thank you" to all the people who have participated in the memes and references to the infamous Sandy Cheeks Cock Vore image I got several years ago. From Know Your Meme articles, being mentioned by YMS, OneyNG, PLENTY of Youtubers and even an indirect reference on the actual show itself, it has certainly reached a high tier of memery that I couldn't foresee with 100 crystal balls to ponder. A PNG cutout is also provided for easier memes on my Inkbunny.
I'll also take this time to mourn the banning of the SCCV subreddit which reached ~18,000 members before it's closure for "being unmoderated", which is bollocks since I was a moderator there but whatever...

I think it qualifies as a reference. The image has been around for several years now and it's popular enough to be known on twitter and the likes. If I was a writer and wanted to reference a NSFW meme discretely in a show, this would probably be the best way about it.
