The pitcher plant belches up a skull, hair still barely clinging to it, and starts to move around. The sunlight provided the energy for digestion, but now it must lurk in the shadows to stalk its next meal. Its tail and extremities are visibly engorged, storing nutrients until the next meal comes along.
