So Peach went out walking, although she was really tired and couldn't pay attention to her surroundings. As such, she didn't know Mario was right there, doing his signature jump. In the middle of a yawn, Mario's landing went horribly wrong as Peach felt something going down forcefully into her mouth. With no choice, she swiftly swallowed, and was shocked to find her belly full. At least she doesn't need to get breakfast now.

Maybe both need to watch where they're going.
