"Surstömming" sounds like fish or meat from Sweden.

it is an infamously bad smelling fish, to the point that it is illegal in some places, and the cans usually need to be opened underwater to avoid vomiting

I remember at that smell, the fish counts as "delicious" sea food, my experiance with it? I got sick and was not hungry a whole time.
Same level are the rotten duck eggs.

My eyes tears up and gag reflex trigger, love scottglass theme he choose. ^^
