Serin's clearly gorged himself a fair bit, enjoying a rest on his heated belly while listening to its serenade of crunching and blurbling, basking in the afterglow of it all.
There's definitely a few meals at... various stages of digestion in there. I'll leave it to your imagination how he took them in, and how long they've been in there.
