He does it by eating people and churning them, their souls turning into a card for Teesy to belch out. The funny thing is, the card is completely random. Whether your soul ends up with good stats, synergy, or abilities, is completely RNG; just like an actual card pack opening!

So, be careful if you do end up listening to one of his passionate rants about his latest favorite card game. If you look bored or disinterested, he'll take that personally, and decide that maybe you'd look better as another card in his collection~
