Gwen is our lovable, wholesome, quirky, and kinda clumsy heroine. But when she's focused she actually has quite a lot of poise and grace. One of the reasons that she's so good at spinning signs is because she's absolutely adores pole dancing.

Very few things make her feel more in the moment than when there's a good song playing and she's expressing herself via this form of dance. Sign spinning is a far cry from pole dancing, but it's one of the best ways she can invoke her joy while working a job.
