A new month, a new story. I've spent some time really thinking about this series, where it's going, where and how it ends, and I like where it's going...
So I'll take a moment to elaborate on the naming scheme. The numbered ones here "Pt4" and such are the... main line of the story, with named side adventures following the characters we meet, till the eventual finale.

So, Cory and Daniel are out on patrol again, the old mercenary facing the conflict between his duty to the guild and his fondness for Daniel, while Daniel faces the conflict of his appetites and his life goals. But what strange things lurk in the gloom. Surely nothing too dangerous, yeah?
