The height showed for Roskva is her 'natural' height, but her curves are magically enhanced. And as the recent comic showed, she has a tendency to be much larger as well lol
Fun fact; Like her aunt Roskva and grandmother Brianna, Ragna is actually from a race of Giants. If she didn't have her powers her natural height would be somewhere between Roskva and Mr Spring, but she prefers to keep her regular self small
