I've ALWAYS had this exact thought in mind, if a prey gets ate - they literally have to deal with whatever the pred wants to throw at them. It's a perfectly normal balance - even more humiliating if the prey feeds themself to a pred..

Always wanted a story/comic of a married couple, preferably the wife, living inside their spouse's belly

And even better if the belly wife is so much of a glutton that the spouse is forced to eat way beyond their limit in order to satisfy their wife
