I was gonna say something like "girl swallowed a whole live fish?" but then I remembered I am reading a vore comic on a vore website for vore enjoyers and a whole fish really isn't that different from a whole person.

A whole fish actually is possible to swallow depending on its size and shape.
But yeah, it was mostly included for the gag effect.

ngl, I thought that fish's face was hellstar remina for a solid 2 minutes. Great art btw, love how the throat is so wide the prey is in freefall.
