Having started at relatively the same time, each of the three was well on their way to being transformed into something greater than themselves.

Minnie's relaxing soak was bubbling profusely by now, but the constant stirring by her assigned staff member, along with the all-over thick, bubbly sauce, had long since lulled her to sleep as she steeped in her bath.

Rebecca had enjoyed the pleasant conversation with the other guests as they sat and smoked. And while she had kept up her own oiling for a goid while, she soon was succumbing to the intense, heavy atmosphere of the room. On occasion she noticed someone new in the room, but they didn't stay for long. And judging by her now slick'n shiny appearance, she surmised it was simply time for a basting.

And Audrey, sweet Audrey. She had long fallen asleep, the long oven's intense heat sapping her energy, and leaving only soft, supple, sublime meat in its wake.
