Not a lot to say here; this stuff is pretty standard by now. Just don't get in the way of a hungry athlete, or she might decide that you'd give her more protein then that crappy powder.

Day 22 is the elder of the Frankensisters, Mary, and today she's showing off for some adoring fans.
