Yep! It's called "Devouring and Digesting," and you can get it on Nexus Mods!
https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/10869 yep right here. though if you do use it i would recomend going to the github link in the mod descriptions as the nexus version hasen't been updated since july

Does this mod have new dialogues?
I wish but unfortunately no, but it does a whole heap of vore related spells, skills, and class features
