Devora has one very unique ability and that is to devour and take the powers of those that fall victim to her gut.
Sadly, it seems she's already gotten quite a few powerful people along the way.
Having devoured Mizo, Arin, Biddy and Rayleigh, sealing them all within her body, giving her incredible power, making her almost unstopabble already with just those four alone.
But she won't stop there, she has no intention to. For someone like her, just four won't do, she wants to devour all to become the most powerful of all.
And it looks like Frankie has become her most recent victim, the poor frankenstein girl being unable to move from her impending doom as she was about to join the rest of her friends inside of Devora's body where they would all be sealed away and forced to watch as Devora would do whatever she wants with their powers to her own sadistic joy.

It makes me wonder when i look at thiz, how powerful would Devora even be and what she would look like after absorbing power from beings like Frankie, Currie, Tenisha, Kasey and Gabriel. Along with maintaining who she already absorbed.

Her physical appearance doesn't change too much, she only gains a few of the traits of her sealed away prey.
However, the more she were to consume, the weirder her appearance would be

Ah okay, thank you for telling me and thats cool to know.
Even though I feel sorry for those who are sealed within Devora, I find her ability to consume & absorb those really impressive on her
