If you're an OG pokémon fan I cannot fathom how someone would not like Gen 6.
It's the generation that brought a lot of OG fans back.

Why. Megas of course was huge. It gave love to Old forgotten Pokemon.
Then we finally got some form of character customization.
It's also the generation where we got actual dinosaur looking fossils.
It was pretty low in total number.
But it was great.

It was the game that brought me back. Because I was getting tired of Pokemon's formula.

Sadly now they're going back to taking one step forward and two steps back. With losing national decks. Taking step back on customization.
And more.

Gen 5 was hated until eventually people realize they loved it.
Because it was offering things that Pokemon tend to lack which was some form of difficulty.
And if I recall
It had the biggest release new new Pokemon.

Nice and deserved, gen 6 sucked and the only real good things to come out of it were megas and Shauna.

Gen 5 will forever rule as the best gen. I miss the times where Pokémon games were good. And I miss the PWT. I spend so many hours and days in there.

over the summer I replayed Soul Silver, both gen 5 series, and gen 6

Soul Silver was ok

Gen 5 was way better than I remembered

And ORAS makes up for X and Y ten fold so I will stand firm on Gen 6 being the best, even if I don't stay firm
