It takes several hours to cook the pair of porkers, but soon their alabaster skin has turned a more appetizing shade of delicious golden-brown. Steam and juices waft and drip from every inch of them, and both the oven and cabin is filled with the delightful scent they emit. Carefully, Simone takes her dinner out of the oven and plates them both before moving them to the kitchen table.
