I got introduced to the Synx species around the same time I discovered Sergals, over 10 years ago. And, for a solid decade, I didn't really think much of it... Then, a couple days ago, I suddenly kinda felt compelled to start sketching this piece.

Yes, I know synxes aren't supposed to be that thicc and attractive but, in my defense, while I don't remember exactly how I discovered the species, I'm pretty sure most of my early memories of them, other than the pure unfiltered nightmare fuel that is their official art, was Walter Sache's take on the species.

Hence why my first Synx fanart is a blend of the nightmarish official Synx stuff, Sache's E X T R A T H I C C take on the species, and, well...
