Dearest Melon,

Thank you so much for attending our wedding! It was such a joy to be able to share our special day with you. Even though you may have left a, shall we say... rather formidable impression on the other guests. Holly may be a little less quick to express her gratitude, but I am sure she will come around soon enough.

However, I should like to ask that in the future, you remain a little more mindful of your alcohol consumption. The cake you had prepared for us looked positively amazing, though I only wish I had had the chance to taste a piece outside of your stomach. It is my own oversight for forgetting the fits of gluttony you are prone to after a few glasses...

Nevertheless, I appreciate your thoughtfulness in offering to make up your actions to my dear Holly. Although, to be perfectly honest, I am not so sure she was as enthralled about your idea as you were. Even without me hanging off your waistline, you are not exactly a light meal…
