The second page of the letter continued:

Of course, that isn't to say that Pep's never had a meal bigger than herself before. I just don't think she was expecting such a feast on top of everything else going on that day! Fortunately though, I heard that the rest of the guests filed out pretty quickly after your stunt, so at least the poor gal had some privacy.

(Now she'd sooner die than admit it directly, but in the end she did get a pretty big kick out of it... as stubborn as she may look, when you've been with her as long as I have, you start to figure out all the little spots that make her tick.)

That said, though, I am still going to have to ask that you cover the deposit on our dresses. Mine is still stuck somewhere deep in Holly's guts as far as I know, and hers isn't exactly in a state I'd call "wearable" either. I'm honestly amazed it held up as much as it did...

There was one final page to Ginger's letter. With a resigned sigh, Melon glanced over its contents...
