If there is one intriguing and frightening fact about the crab-squid, it is about its peculiar anatomy. The large organ one will see through the creature’s translucent head isn’t exactly a brain, but rather a stomach.

The size of that stomach forces the crab-squid to hunt on a frequent basis for it to be satiated. Luckily, a human like Robin coming too close is exactly the right-sized piece of food needed to satisfy this strange creature’s appetite.
