Little bit of worldbuilding here, first panel shows how housing works in this world with people of multiple different sizes. In the foreground, two Sylvia-sized apartments. In the background, an apartment for people our size.

Hm. Given that the floor space is half that of a "normal-sized" person's apartment, do people of smaller sizes have to pay more, same, or less for rent? 'Cause that kinda disparity can lead to wealth disparities pretty easily...

There's more and less expensive aspects to life as a 2 foot tall human, and that usually rounds out to just about even with the average sized people. Things like food and furniture are generally cheaper, but complicated modern luxuries are more expensive due to the already very small components found in some appliances. Plumbing is a lot more complicated and making sure electrical appliances are safe is also more difficult when reduced to that accommodating size, and often have a shorter life than normal-sized appliances. Also some apartment complexes will have heightened security because some predators like eagles and coyotes may target smaller humans, thus resulting in a price increase. Overall though, the cost of living is still relatively the same for someone of a smaller stature due to a roughly even mix of cheaper and more expensive aspects of life. The floor space brings the price down, but the maintenance is a bit higher.
