Actually, the story this image is showing is just a preview effect. Things will probably change a lot once it's finished. But the basic panel layout and where the characters are placed will stay the same. :)

By the layout of the YCH, does it mean that Sein, the guy on the left in her belly, will remain? Or will it only be the two prey B and C?

So, that third person in the belly, besides B and C, was just there to fill up space. I don't think anyone would want to be stuck back there. As for what happens next, it depends on how the YCH turns out.
