"Novella: a narrative prose fiction whose length is shorter than most novels, but longer than most novelettes and short stories. The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association defines a novella's word count to be between 17,500 and 40,000 words."

At 38,000 words, I guess I can say I've officially written a vore novella. Can't wait to put that on my resume.

In all seriousness, this is easily the longest story I have ever published. It has blown past the standard definition of a short story and is pushing the limits of what might be considered a novella. I know this is a little excessive, but what can I say, I like a bit of vore with my character development.

I was admittedly torn between uploading this piece to Aryion in separate chapters or keeping everything consolidated, but in the end I opted for the latter because of tagging consistency. I didn't like the idea of tagging earlier chapters for things that haven't happened yet, but I also didn't want someone stumbling across a later chapter due to a tag that didn't exist in an earlier one, and being completely lost because they jumped into the middle of the story with no context.

As such, I elected to upload the version to Aryion as one document, and then I also posted the same story to AO3. If you can't finish this story in a single sitting (I don't blame you) I'd recommend reading the AO3 version since its better organized.

In any case, for those few who make it through the whole thing, I hope you enjoy. Do please let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Another amazing read! You say you are not an artist, but you are! Artists don't necessarily have to make visual art. The pen is an equally valuable tool for art and you wield it well!
