Just some basic orientation and general placement for the large intestines (Not large intestine because it is separated into multiple individual sections).

The whole of the primary digestive system sits inside the bowl of the pelvis . The uterus and bladder sits directly in front of the small intestine and directly beneath/surrounded by the whole of the colon. In the event of severe constipation and impaction during pregnancy the unborn can be crushed to death by the growing encroachment of space required by the colon and are subsequently "evacuated" in the event of an attempted bowel movement in the case of constipation. This doesn't happen as often with mature mothers as their pelvis has adapted to accommodate more and if it does its often deliberately used as a method of "late stage contraceptive" in case of necessity such a food scarcity, extreme change in environment, stress, or other factors as they can always make more offspring once personal conditions improve.

At a bottom is a diagram of an intestinal valve (referred to as a "Rectal Dam") . These valves stay under static tension and require substantial pressure to breach.
Every valve that's breached or held open sends a hit of pleasure throughout the body, and this is due to the amount of sensory overlap between the sex organs and the digestive organs due to them sharing the same space so closely.
This fact incentiveses eating large often seemingly excessive meals to induce a breach and further stretching of the colon walls and valves, encouraging growth in the area.
With practice each individual valve can be controlled with enough dexterity to manipulate and manoeuvre objects(often dildo, cocks,and conveniently sized individuals) through the bowel in the direction of the nearest empty section or section below capacity.
There's less sucking you in and more of a grabbing with a tight grip and dragging you up their butt a section at a time.
