Mizo's going through it right now, having devoured two people, not sure who the duo could be, but it does sound like a pair of female voices coming from within.
Thankfully he doesn't have to deal with the feeling of the duo being stuck in his tight gut as Jessie seems willing to lend him a pair of hands to ease his tense body.
