INCIDENT REPORT #E-12125-06-21/001

LOCATION :
Trump International Hotel, 1 Central Park W New York, NY 10023, United Sates of America, Earth.

NATURE OF THE INCIDENT :
Irregular consumption of foreign class A beings with fatal result for these ones.

RELATION OF THE INCIDENT :
In the night between the August 4th 2008 and the August 5th 2008 (Earth date), Ttrucilian Ambassy diplomatic staff member Ms. Anistinne Valaaton (Class A ~ Golden elf) was, on duty, discovering the local manners on the occasion of an invitation by an human diplomat to go to a kind of place of amusement called "nightclub".

After questionning of Ms. Valaaton, It appears that she accepted to drink a probably significant amount of a local beverage called "Mojito", containing the following ingredients : water, sugar, juice and leaf of local plants, ethanol.
Ms. Valaaton was unable to relate the events that followed, until her awakening, at 09H30 A.M., Augustus 5th 2008 in the room 24 of the Trump International Hotel, NY.

Discovering her own situation after she waked up, Ms. Valaaton called our services for "in situ" rescue.
We decided to not displace Ms. Valaaton from her hotel room, to avoid to expose her to the local inhabitants gaze, and we covered the hole she made in the wall of the hotel to enter her room (fortunately situated at the ground floor).
As there is no known way to extract a living being unschated from the stomach of a female Golden elf, and because the digestion was already started, no rescue could be attempted for the human victims.
With no time, given the rate of digestion, to get an ultrasound machine, Doctor Shek Nun Talieh (Class A ~ Ttrucilian) proceded to stomach palpation to inventory the ingested objects.

The following objects were identified :
- 1x phone booth (with 1 human inside).
- 1x car, model "Ford Mustang" (with 2 humans inside).
- 2x motorbikes, one being a food ("pizza") delivery vehicle (with 2 humans riders).
- 1x bicycle (with 1 human rider).
- 1x bench.
- 1x traffic light.
- 1x bus stop.
- 1x fire hydrant.
- 1x newspapers dispenser.
- 1x contraceptive device dispenser.
- 1x food ("hot-dogs") stand.
- 1x parking meter.
- 2x drinks vending machines.
- 1x horse drawn carriage (with 1 horse, class C being, and 3 human riders).
- 21x human beings (class A beings. In addition to those mentioned above).
- 6x dogs (class C beings).
- 4x cats (class C beings).
- 16x others (class D beings, exact species unindentified).
Note : the number of the organic beings is questionable and probably lower than the number of actually ingested beings, as the digestion process was started for several hour.

Complete digestion of the stomach content was completed in 6 days and 4 hours, and Ms. Valaaton was exfiltrated after defecation of the remains of her bolus, on the August 11th. She was preventively laid off for the the duration of the investigation and sent in her family on her birth planet, Elviana.

The reconstitution of the incident, conducted with the help of local authorities, show that Ms. Valaaton, in a total loss of control on herself, engulfed mercilessly almost any object or being she met on her path between the center of Central Park (near the lake) and her hotel, separated by approximatively 1 miles. Under these conditions, we can be thankful that her rampage wasn't longer.
It's now almost certain that the Diplomat who invited her to the amusement place was among the victims, and was even maybe the first one, as it was never heard of him again.

The cause of the loss of control is almost certainly the ingestion of a great quantity of ethanol. The effect of the ethanol on the Golden elves is not well known, because they usually dislike to drink it. But it seems that the Mojito particular taste, and the will of Ms. Valaaton to overcome her lack of appetence for the ethanol to immerse herself in the local manners led to the disaster.

AFTERNARTH :
Local authorities were compensated for the property and personal damages caused. We delegated to these authorities the identification of the 30 class A victims and the compensation to their families.
Ms. Valaaton was delclared not responsible for the incident, as she couldn't be aware of the danger of drinking ethanol, and reinstated in her rank. She was nevertheless appointed in an ambassy located on a different planet than the Earth.

RECOMMENDATIONS :
We recommend urgently a comprehensive study of the effects of the main narcotics encountered in the everyday life on every foreign world where elves (and especially
Golden elves, Hap Hap elves, Naga vulgaris, Sirena vulgaris, Battle elves, Battle angels) could be appointed or deployed by the Ttrucilan authorities, and the the promulgation of rules regulating their use, to avoid new, and potentially worse, occurences of this kind of incident.
