Hollow is a mutant entity without internal organs, essentially a living latex body-suit. It needs others to gain form and sensations and so engulfs sleepers, essentially swallowing them and gaining the victems gender and senses while leaving its host in a sleep-like state while Hollow has as much fun as it can with its new body. Here we see Hollow after engulfing a vixen.
