The safe versions are mostly for Deviant Art purposes. Especially when it comes to underage characters. And sometimes there are people who prefer the safe versions over the complete nudity.

Nice job with the feet.

I find it strange that Konata and friends look like grade schoolers, but really they're highschoolers. Chibi drawings are hard to tell with.
