Focus of the Fighter
I ran through the streets of Kalm, my hometown, hoping to lose the two Shinra MP's following close behind. My lungs, screaming for more air from having to run all this way, were burning. I was only steps away from the exit, when the Turk leader and his second in command, Jordan and Matt, stepped out from behind a building directly in front of us. "We've finally found you. Come quietly or we'll have to resort to force." I stopped, and so did the rest of my body.
Well, maybe I am getting ahead of myself. Before I tell you of my current situation, maybe I should tell you what led up to this. I was born as a dragon in the town of Kalm. It is very hard to believe, but it is true. To keep other people from freaking out, I normally try to use my human form in public. In my true form, I have black scales and topsides of my wings. I have red eyes, and a gray underside (Neck, Stomach, and Underside of wings.) Finally, I have white claws and teeth. In human form, I have blue eyes and brown hair. In both forms, and at all times, I wear a necklace known as the Shadow Amulet.
I inherited the Amulet, along with my twin black swords, from my grandfather, who had died when I was a kid. Ever since I was a kid, I dreamed of joining SOLDIER, in its prestigious first class, to be like the great Sephiroth. Sephiroth, the hero of Midgar in the war against Wutai, was the advisor of President Shinra. If I could become even an eighth of what he was, Kalm could finally be proud of something. Therefore, I joined Shinra, rose in rank to captain of the Shinra MP's, and finally, I made it into SOLDIER. From there, I made it into SOLDIER First class with my best friend during training, Jake. He himself was also a dragon. While I was in SOLDIER, I learned how to tap into my powers of Shadow and Black Magic, and learned how to use the dark Materias: Death, Flare, and Ultima.
My friend Jake also has a keenly developed magic mastery. He has great control of Ice magic, and can conjure up Blizzard, Blizzara, and Blizzaga with little problem at all. His weapons, the Fareye and Cerberus, make use of his powers of ice. The Fareye, a rifle, can slow time to a crawl around him and his allies. The Cerberus is a powerful ice-imbued, chain-linked weapon, and has three spikes linked by chains to a circular piece of metal, allowing the weapon to fit on the user's wrist.
Since we are both dragons, we stuck together for the duration of training. However, just as I made it into SOLDIER first class, Sephiroth and a few other personnel disappeared while investigating something in Nibelhiem.
It did not faze me, however, and Jake and I played some very prominent roles in SOLDIER over the next few months. Since we were part of the First Class, we worked very closely with a group of Turks. They have four members: Matt, a human with silver hair and eyes, a master of water, who had a whip for close fights and a pair of handguns for farther away enemies. Despite being a very powerful fighter, however, he was mellow most of the time, blowing off everyone and everything off as non-important, including his partner and "girlfriend," Rose. He is the second in command to Jordan.
Jordan, the leader, is also human. He has blue eyes and red spiked hair with a tint of orange to it. He carries two circular weapons with four spikes each. He commands lightning, and is a jokester most of the time, but very serious when around superiors. He wears a black trench coat, covered in chains, and black pants, also covered in chains.
Rose, a Cetra, has pink hair and cat green eyes. She is super strict and serious, and wishes Matt would be the same. She calls herself Matt's "girlfriend," but he does not acknowledge it. Her weapon, disguised as a flower, opens up into a giant hammer. She is the only girl on the team.
Finally, the last member is the son of President Shinra, Rufus Shinra. He is very serious, and I do not think I have ever seen him smile. He is very literally a one-man army, with grenades, pistols, and a shotgun, among other things. He wears a white "lab coat" of sorts, as well as white pants. He is a very unwilling member of the group, placed in it by President Shinra himself, hoping it would teach him some discipline.
Therefore, anyway, I did not pay them much mind. We do not get along, so we stayed out of each other's way. I could literally tell what they were feeling, however, and when to stay away from them. Then, I started to notice something. Someone, in disguise, would sneak off. Something about it did not seem right.
That is when I knew I had to leave SOLDIER, before something bad happened. Just as I was about to walk out of camp on a particular mission, Jake asked where I was going. "I can't say, but if I don't leave, my life's in danger." "I see why you're worried, but why risk getting hunted down by everyone, including SOLDIER?"
"It is better than the alternatives," I told him, and left without another word. At this time, I made my way back to Kalm. Day broke as Kalm came into view, and at about noon, I was only a half-mile away from the town. Just then, I heard a noise behind me. "Stop right there, dragon, or we'll shoot!" I knew they must be part of Shinra, as I was in my human form. "You got to catch me if you want me!" I yelled, and took off toward Kalm, with the two Shinra MP's in hot pursuit. I made it to the entrance to Kalm, and looked behind me to see if they were still following me.
Not only were they still following, they were gaining, little by little. I picked up the pace, and started running faster. They kept up, step for step. I started running as hard as I could, and they followed. My lungs were burning, and my body was wearing out from all the running. However, I could see the exit of my hometown, and pushed myself to run faster.
Just before I could make it, however, Jordan and Matt stepped out from behind the buildings. "Stop right there. We finally caught up with you. You are under arrest for violation of SOLDIER code, for leaving without permission from a mission." Jordan informed me. "I quit SOLDIER." "You can't, and you know it. Now, come quietly, or we'll have to resort to force."
Just as I was about to go quietly, for fear that I would hurt an innocent bystander, time slowed down, so slow that everyone seemed to stop. "Looks like I made it just in time, huh Nate?"
I breathed a sigh of relief, and turned to see Jake standing not five feet from me. "You got that right." "What do you say we get going?" He asked me. "I like the sound of that. Let's go."
With that, we headed right past Jordan and Matt, and made our way out of Kalm.
We continued to walk, talking about things. "So," he started, "Why exactly did you leave?" "Well, I saw someone in disguise sneak off quite a few times. I got a very bad feeling about it, something I could not quite put my finger on, so to speak. So, I decided better safe than sorry, and jumped ship." " Hmmm, well,maybe he..." Suddenly, three Mandragoras jumped us.
We both went into fighting stance, me with me swords at my sides and Jake with the Fareye across his front, nozzle at his left shoulder and going diagonally right.
I went first, striking the farthest left Mandragora with a double hit. Jake followed up, shooting it with the Fareye and killing it. I decided to wrap this up quickly, and used Flare, hitting the both of them with a super concentrated beam, taking them both out.
"Nice job, the both of you. Very impressive indeed." A voice behind us complemented. We both turned around, and I realized I was facing a complete stranger. "Who are you?" I asked him. Before he could answer, however, Jake jumped in. "Why it's Neo!" "So," The dragon said, and smiled, "You've heard of me..."

what exaclty do you mean by reason?....it's true i've half a dragons blood in me why?....i try to act human and yes i know and go to a school full of others......the school i go to is only open during night to lessen the detection by humans.....why?..

The Lord Bahamut, the king of beast. I happen to be his son. You know, the shadow wielding, Half demon and half dragon one named Darkfire? I run the ninth dimension, although right now, I'm a double soul being. I'm in the third dimension on a job to see to it that humans clean up their act by 2012, or we start the species over.

I was his instructor and ...i was invited when your birthing was in the process....Lightspark's mother died from the blade of a human called Tech shortly after if i remember correctly...

i was doing research for the enemy......well it was my own.....i trapped my body in crystal and assumed a human body to observe the humans.....but i lost control and ended up stuck in that body for several years......i eventually got my original body back....that's why its a split between my bodies.....i'll tell you more latter...

...yes.....the crystal.....it doesn't let my body age....much....similiar to Spyro and Cynder when they needed to wait out the storm.....i couldn't wait out the storm...i went crazy and was experimented on.....now i'm...slightly different....when i was among the humans my human self was called Leon the Crimson......until i recovered my memory...(they experimented on my human body not my dragon body)

if it is him he always had some kind of aura on him....and his favorite weapon tends to be two twin great swords...(a weapon a valor uses a lot...for some reason)
