I really like the drawing, she's very cute. The background throws me off though. Mostly it's just the white inbetween the outline and background. If you want some help with backgrounds, or making the transition between the foreground and background smoother PM me. I'd be more than happy to help you out.
Also, your avatar rates a 10 on the cute scale.

Haha, thanks ^^ I was sort of lazy on the background... I hate doing them so I was like, what the hell and put no effort in, which was a bit of a shame, I guess.

Eh, it happens. Still, better to use no background than a bad one I say. a bad background takes away from a piece, while none just adds nothing.

Nice, with the coloring on this piece! I agree with Tsavo though, the white outline sorta messes up the transition, but otherwise, nice coloring!
