Having 2 wolf-ears is not enough to be counted wolf, imo.

If you see a wolf with 2 human ears, and a human eat that wolf, is THAT cannibalism?

He has a tail too, but you cant see it. I dunno... it was a request from somebody... having a boy with wolf ears and tail in a wolf yelling "cannibalism." I dont question it.

Hmmm, i guess it's not becouse one anthro wolf (mostly human) while the other pure wolf as an animal.
