A little fact: Very chubby persons can't get in the same fetal position as thinner people, because of their big bellies and tighs. So this guy is in a more uncomfortable position because of that. But he will be a bit lighter after the stomach acid have worked on him for a while. Not the best way of loosing weight. :p
